Charles prolific as ever in last 4 years

Was surprised it is Lloyd's first studio record since 2017...

They don't count the Tone Poem lp from 2021 and the Trios ... series hmmm maybe since those were his name plus [others or band name the Marvels etc]

Yeah, love that Tone Poems record. I left it behind at the Rehoboth record store and regretted it, came back two years later and it was still there!

Been getting into some Brazil stuff: DonatoDeodato collab from early 70s; 60s Jobim lps; more Deodato from 60s; New Fabiano do Nascimento & Sam Gendel and a remix lp Fila Brazillia "Brazilification" from 90s

Yeah, picked up a somewhat pricey vinyl reissue of that Naná Vasconcelos, Nelson Angelo, Novelli but sooo worth it...

I saw her on the tour for the third record...

First was 1992, fourth was 2000, when I took my two nieces to the TLA. What a great uncle. I once took the older niece to the TLA long ago to see My Bloody Valentine.

MVB was at the Troc. Loudest show I ever saw was Jesus and Mary Chain, with openers Nine Inch Nails at the Troc.
