Hello! Good to be back!
Number 6 5:01:52 PM
Greetings and welcome back!
Lizbot (host) 5:02:05 PM
Hello Number 6!
Number 6 5:02:50 PM
Have they finished trashing that dump out back?
Lizbot (host) 5:03:14 PM
@Number 6 - How goes it? Soggy where you are? I have so much slush, snow-flavored slushies abound
Lizbot (host) 5:03:38 PM
@Number 6 - I don't know! Car troubles so I'm LRBing!
Number 6 5:04:21 PM
Wet around here, snow all gone.
Number 6 5:06:11 PM
I take a small laptop to the Barge and use Audacity to record, so that seems to work well.
Lizbot (host) 5:07:51 PM
@Number 6 - So are you bringing two laptops? One for mixer and one for recording?
Chef Emeril Lagasse 🍳 5:10:33 PM
O YA BAMMM
Lizbot (host) 5:10:33 PM
@Number 6 - I dreamt last night that my house was flooding, and I'm pretty sure that had to do with all this snow-melt! But I'm glad I don't have to deal with the snow and ice anymore (for now) cuz the city never plowed my block AND the trash collection hasn't come for 2 weeks!
Guelo<3 5:10:39 PM
They didn’t finish Number 6…
Lizbot (host) 5:10:44 PM
Hey There, Chef!
Carlos Ramone. 5:10:46 PM
Greeting…
Lizbot (host) 5:10:54 PM
Hi Guelo!
Lizbot (host) 5:11:00 PM
Hello Carlos Ramone.!
Guelo<3 5:11:04 PM
That XTC so is soooooo good. Total earworm
Lizbot (host) 5:11:50 PM
@Guelo - I love that one and I heard it for the first time in years earlier this week and was like "I NEED to kick off Doubleplusgood with that this week!"
Carlos Ramone. 5:12:03 PM
Don’t know what kind of social activity I will be doing this weekend, but after opening mail today , I will definitely be the best dressed. Thanks
Number 6 5:12:57 PM
@Lizbot- I bring 2 laptops, so I don't forget to record. I hope they get your trash soon.
Lizbot (host) 5:13:00 PM
How much caffeine should I ingest during the course of the show tonight? I have a big ole black tea with me and I'm very caffeine-sensitive! I grabbed it cuz this fog was making me feel kinda woozy
Lizbot (host) 5:13:31 PM
@Carlos Ramone - Nice, what'd you get in the mail?!
Carlos Ramone. 5:13:49 PM
WPRB gift pack!!
Lizbot (host) 5:14:29 PM
@Carlos Ramone. - Noice! I got a Ludus T-shirt in the mail this week, as well as my PRB swag awaiting me!
Brian D 5:14:34 PM
ROBYN!!!!
Lizbot (host) 5:14:42 PM
Hi Brian D!
Brian D 5:14:43 PM
Yep, it's Roc
Number 6 5:15:27 PM
I got my WPRB gift pack yesterday!
Lizbot (host) 5:16:04 PM
@Number 6 - Yeah, it's getting a little CROWDED in my trashcans and I expect, now that snow has melted, the raccoons & possums will descend upon their cracked overflowing lids soon!
Brian D 5:21:38 PM
Thanks for reminding me! Checked the mailbox just now and I am proud owner of tee shirt, magnet and sticker!
DSM 5:25:05 PM
yo yo yo Lizbot! Reminds me I could go for another coffee.
Lizbot (host) 5:25:14 PM
@Brian D - Yeah! I love that there's twice as much PRB swag ever since adding the Fall Quiet Drive!
Lizbot (host) 5:26:12 PM
Hi DSM! Yeah...this fog...I can't tell if it's making me sleepy or crazy! I think woozy...yet energized. I kept thinking of the ghost-pirates from John Carpenter's The Fog earlier today...NOT one of his best!
DSM 5:27:39 PM
I disagree, The Fog IS the best!
Carlos Ramone. 5:27:48 PM
@ Liz. .on Jon S show last week he made a reference about the barge being cold and having to put his feet up to the radio..may have be making a reference to the magnet
Lizbot (host) 5:28:51 PM
@DSM - Maybe it cuts too close to home since the main character is a lone radio DJ woman being haunted!
DSM 5:28:55 PM
Also got my t shirt in the mail today. Who is that screaming into the mic?
Travis in TechniColor ado 5:29:36 PM
Is it a Lizbot hopped up on caffiene?
Lizbot (host) 5:30:19 PM
@DSM - I found it fun in a silly way, but most def not scary! I love Halloween, The Thing & Assault On Precinct 13 and can watch those over and over. The Fog is pretty low on the John Carpenter list for me. I don't think I will revisit it, but it was worth it to me seeing it once!
Lizbot (host) 5:30:36 PM
Hello Travis in Color ado!
Lizbot (host) 5:31:13 PM
@Travis in Color ado - It is for you to determine based on my level of on-air hyperness, but in short...yes.
Lizbot (host) 5:31:43 PM
@DSM - Excellent! Many WPRB shirts will likely be out and about in the tristate area in the coming week! As it should be!
DSM 5:32:33 PM
lol, I meant on the t shirt, who is that on the t shirt?
Lizbot (host) 5:33:18 PM
@Carlos Ramone. - Sometimes the Barge is very chilly, so I usually bring my loud puffy coat, which I always think will be audible on mic when I'm moving around, but so far so good. Not a concern today.
Travis in TechniColor ado 5:33:37 PM
Ha, I was making a suggestion about the tshirt
Lizbot (host) 5:34:24 PM
@DSM - Your guess is as good as mine!
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:34:26 PM

Lizbot (host) 5:34:30 PM
Hey There, Addie!
Lizbot (host) 5:34:45 PM
Hey There, 🐍 🐍!
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:34:52 PM
I am so very happy to be chillin with y’all this evening!
DSM 5:35:00 PM
gotcha Travis haha
DSM 5:35:12 PM
Hey Addie!
Lizbot (host) 5:35:24 PM
@Travis in Amazing TechniColor ado - I misread that, but that shows you how hopped up on caffeine I am!
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:35:27 PM
Hi DSM! What’s shaking?
Lizbot (host) 5:35:57 PM
@Addie - I'm so glad you're here! I love your photo of the iguana, presumably still out of their long slumber
DSM 5:36:06 PM
Just watching the rain wash the snow away. How's you doin?
Lizbot (host) 5:36:28 PM
@Addie - or torpor! I used to have hedgehogs and they can also go into a torpor when too cold
Brian D 5:36:55 PM
The t shirt is a little Alison Mosshart-ish from the Kills. A little bit Marisa Paternoster-ish from Screaming Females. And a little bit Christina Martinez-ish from Boss Hog.
Carlos Ramone. 5:37:35 PM
Thanks Brian…I was guessing all wrong
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:37:51 PM
@lizbot she’s a beardie! Technically for them it’s called brumation. We’re just glad she’s awake!
Lizbot (host) 5:38:09 PM
@Brian D - It would be a fitting, albeit retroactively-applied, tribute to Marisa Paternoster since The Screaming Females broke up in the months since the Fall Drive, but before the shirts shipped out
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:38:58 PM
I do love the word torpor though.
Lizbot (host) 5:39:01 PM
@Addie - Oh Right! I knew that!! Yeah, I couldn't remember the term, but I'm glad she's back and ready to cuddle and do whatever else it is bearded dragons like to do!
Brian D 5:39:17 PM
I was throwing out names Carlos. I have no idea if it is any of those fine people on the shirt.
Carlos Ramone. 5:40:23 PM
I was thinking a bit Exene and Siouxsie
Brian D 5:40:31 PM
I wonder if the original picture ever popped up on the WPRB site before from a live performance though... that expression looks familiar like I have seen it before.
Lizbot (host) 5:40:35 PM
@Addie - Same. Excuse to use it, while not having to mine my brain for "brumation" . I think I told you my brother-in-law had a beardie years ago who sadly died while being pet-sat at PetSmart...I don't know if they offer that service anymore, but I wouldn't trust them!
DSM 5:41:04 PM
I thought maybe it was like some iconic show flyer from the past that I didn't recognize.
Lizbot (host) 5:41:16 PM
@Carlos Ramone - Yeah, I got a little bit of an Exene vibe, but I don't know for sure
Lizbot (host) 5:41:35 PM
@DSM - I'm sure SOMEONE at the station knows...probably!
DSM 5:42:20 PM
Someone must know! I'll keep prying....
Lizbot (host) 5:42:23 PM
@Brian D- yeah...Is this a failure of my memory, or have I seen I not seen that image before? It DOES look familiar
Lizbot (host) 5:42:33 PM
Inquiring minds need to know!
Carlos Ramone. 5:42:47 PM
@ Liz..just saw The Unheard music a few weeks ago for the first time in ages..smiled thru the whole thing
Lizbot (host) 5:45:08 PM
@Carlos Ramone. - Good doc! I drove around L.A. in a rental listening to X last time I was there. Only L.A. bands for the duration
Lizbot (host) 5:50:19 PM
This song is from The Best Movie
Lizbot (host) 5:50:38 PM
With one of the best soundtracks!
Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum 5:51:31 PM
Fabulous! I needed to hear this.
Travis in TechniColor ado 5:51:35 PM
Raising Arizona?
Brian D 5:51:51 PM
You know what 'recitivism' is Hy?
Travis in TechniColor ado 5:53:00 PM
Oh wait, I didn't see that the movie was in the playlist. I need to revisit that movie again. It's been a couple decades.
stevie p 5:53:35 PM
hi Lizbot and PRB Pals!
Lizbot (host) 5:53:35 PM
@Addie 🐍 🐍 Plum - Good! I hope the sneks spontaneously broke out into a coordinated lasso routine using their own bodies to that Raising Arizona main theme
Lizbot (host) 5:53:40 PM
Hi Stevie P!
stevie p 5:53:51 PM
I was listening in the car. Great show!
Brian D 5:54:08 PM
Frances M in that yes! Did you get the baby his "Dip-Tet"?
Lizbot (host) 5:54:40 PM
@Brian D - Ha! There'd be no love story or, more importantly, no excellent mugshot montage, without Hy's recitivism!
Lizbot (host) 5:55:14 PM
@Stevie P - Thanks so much! I'm glad you could tune in!
Brian D 5:56:59 PM
You gotta get 'em dip-tet boosters yearly or else they'll develop lockjaw and night vision. You soak his thumb in iodine and you might get by ...
Lizbot (host) 5:57:14 PM
@Travis in TechniColor ado - It's SO good. One of my favorite Coen movies, and one of fav movies overall. Showed it to my kid maybe about 5 years back and she loved it, that was the last time I watched it outta maybe a dozen times. Time to bring it out again. Double-Feature with True Stories!
stevie p 5:57:42 PM
@DSM - I had the same question about the tee shirt. So... nobody really knows?
Lizbot (host) 5:58:10 PM
@Stevie P - I've been meaning to ask around the station, but yeah, so far I got nothing
Brian D 5:58:47 PM
Lizbot did you ever see Eversmile, New Jersey? Young indie Daniel Day Lewis yearns to be a hero dentist in Patagonia, Argentina. Some crazy vistas , scenery
Lizbot (host) 5:59:53 PM
@Brian D - Watch out! With all this snow-melt going on, we run the risk of Gale & Evelle Snoats bursting through this mud
Lizbot (host) 6:01:00 PM
@Brian D - Whoa, no! I gotta check that out! The earliest Daniel Day-Lewis movie I've seen is My Beautiful Launderette
DSM 6:01:53 PM
Nice transition Lizbot!
Lizbot (host) 6:03:00 PM
@DSM - Thanks!
Lizbot (host) 6:19:56 PM
Didn't think I'd be playing James...but once in a while you gotta dig back through your box of albums you haven't listened to since you were 15

I guess I'm a bit older than you Liz - but I've listened to this CD about a million times (I was way older than 15)...
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:24:19 PM
My brains are old and scrambled
Lizbot (host) 6:24:34 PM
Hi Bob Borowsky! haha, I still love this album, but it very much lives in my teens/early 20s early 90s memories in my childhood bedroom full of posters and incense and one of those rotating lamps that projects shadow shapes on the wall
Lizbot (host) 6:24:45 PM
Hi Rob from Maryland 🦅!
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:25:09 PM
Hi Lizbot and everyone!
Lizbot (host) 6:25:11 PM
@ Rob from Maryland 🦅 - Perhaps your brains have turned to sand, along with Eno's, in these golden hours
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:25:43 PM
Maybe, Lizbot. Moments go so slowly several times though
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:26:08 PM
And I used to wear a white onion in my belt buckle, it was the style
Lizbot (host) 6:26:14 PM
Come to think of it, @Bob Borowsky & @Rob from Maryland, Brian Eno recorded that James album!
Lizbot (host) 6:26:50 PM
@Rob from Maryland - Watch the signs, smell the onions
Lizbot (host) 6:27:24 PM
Old Bot shakes robotic clamp hands at teens on lawn
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:27:27 PM
I had no idea that Eno produced James. Not that it would have made any difference when I was 35
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:27:35 PM
I mean in 1993
Lizbot (host) 6:28:23 PM
@Rob from Maryland - Yeah, I partially attribute the pretty spaciness of that album's sound to Eno
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:28:58 PM
Lizbot, I smell the magic along with L7
Bob Borowsky 6:29:42 PM
I didn't know that! Thanks, Liz!
vildachaya1 6:36:21 PM
Hey Lizbot - Long time fan - I played in a new wavish band in the 80;s and I remember after each XTC album came out we'd consider giving up :)
Lizbot (host) 6:36:41 PM
@Rob from Maryland / Bob Borowsky - Eno had his hands on a lot of albums I liked for years before realizing he was involved
Lizbot (host) 6:39:33 PM
Hello vildachaya1! Oh man, haha! I love reading Andy Partridge's interviews about his songwriting process. Easter Theatre is up there as one of my all-time favorite XTC songs, and somewhere out the on the internet many years ago I read an in-depth interview about his thought processes when making that song
vildachaya1 6:41:47 PM
The English Settlement album ticked my fancy
vildachaya1 6:42:21 PM
I got my magnet and sticker today!!!
vildachaya1 6:43:02 PM
Magnet went on the side of the fridge with all the other WPRB magnets - Not sure where the sticker goes yet
Lizbot (host) 6:45:22 PM
@vildachaya1 - Excellent! I got a big old pile of my WPRB stickers from over the years. I never wanna stick them on my car and let them eventually fade, but I guess I should because I smile when I see WPRB bumper stickers on random cars I encounter on the road!
Lizbot (host) 6:46:39 PM
@vildachaya1 - The English Settlement is great! I love Senses Working Overtime!
Rob from Maryland 🦅 6:46:42 PM
Lizbot, I remember I had to tell my crossword puzzle mother who Eno was ... she got the word from cross words, but had never heard of Brian Eno
Lizbot (host) 6:49:48 PM
@Rob from Maryland 🦅 - haha, a great crossword word! I have encountered it before on the New Yorker's crossword when I broke out a bunch of my old New Yorkers and started doing crosswords frequently in early 2020. Outta the habit now
Brian McCormack 6:51:55 PM
Since you're into electronic and experimental I was wondering if you have heard of this person Wendy Mae Chambers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BjRloqAjFxM
Lizbot (host) 6:53:57 PM
@Brian McCormack - yes! I've played her before, but not in years! Many years ago I did a "Spotlight" program on WPRB, a long-defunct series with a rotating cast of DJs wherein each of us chose a theme or artist to focus on, and around 2003/2004 I did one about women pioneers in experimental and electronic composition and played one of her pieces
Lizbot (host) 6:54:56 PM
@Brian McCormack - Bonus fun fact: She lives in LBI, NJ!
Lizbot (host) 6:59:21 PM
@Brian McCormack - I first encountered Wendy Mae Chambers' music on the excellent late 90s Ellipsis Arts experimental/homemade instrument compilation "Gravikords Whirlies & Pyrophones," which featured her playing "New York, New York" on her all-car-horn organ. I go to LBI in the summers, I wonder if I've ever walked past her
Roffle 7:06:39 PM
LBI is sorta NJ in a very nice dress.
Lizbot (host) 7:08:37 PM
Hi Roffle! haha, true. Especially Harvey Cedars...and Loveladies. The towns to the left of the Causeway bridge, the ones north towards Barnegat, get pretty toney.
Lizbot (host) 7:09:47 PM
@Roffle / @Brian McCormack - I dream that one day, instead of Springsteen and Eagles cover bands, Long Beach Township summer night concert series will feature Wendy and her many toy pianos!
Roffle 7:10:11 PM
I love the smell of winter fireplaces there in winter when no one is there and anyone can own an empty beach..
Roffle 7:11:09 PM
The perfect venue, but for the drive.
Roffle 7:12:28 PM
Summer home memories. lol
Roffle 7:12:47 PM
Winter for me though
Lizbot (host) 7:12:48 PM
@Roffle - I don't even mind at least half of that drive, the half that's through the Pines. Can be so gorgeous, usually. The only time I don't like it is when it floods, which happens very quickly!
Lizbot (host) 7:12:54 PM
@Roffle - I love an empty beach!
Lizbot (host) 7:13:55 PM
@Roffle - When I got my old dog Chloe, many years gone now, I spontaneously drove down the shore the day I took her home and let her romp on the LBI beach on a January day
Roffle 7:15:28 PM
Pine Barons any day for sure!
Roffle 7:17:14 PM
Making me want to bundle up and goo there! lol
Lizbot (host) 7:17:50 PM
@Roffle - A perfect drive. Pass all my old summer camps! Matolly, Inawendiwin, and my daughter's old camp. Evergreen custard! The sign for Billy's Four Mile Tavern, which I don't want to go into, but I love that old sign! It's like the first thing I see when entering the Pinies
Lizbot (host) 7:19:01 PM
@Roffle - LBI = The FIRST place I drove the day I got my license! I drove there, walked the beach for hours, and drove right back home
Roffle 7:19:40 PM
If I get to be back with ceder lakes, I am real1ly good! I wish I could buy Batsto out right!
Lizbot (host) 7:20:04 PM
I love the outdoor LBI summer concerts because the community vibes, summer night air and waves, but I dream of curating some weirder music for those concerts!
Roffle 7:20:58 PM
Curating some weirder music? Tell me more.
Roffle 7:22:40 PM
I do know how to get there. lol
Lizbot (host) 7:22:43 PM
@Roffle - Went to Batsto in a heatwave with my parents in the mid-80s because they wanted to see Don McLean. A young adult contingent of the audience went swimming in the cedar water to cool off before the show, which ran late. My mom dragged along her friend visiting from England, unaccustomed to New Jersey summer humidity and heatwaves, and she passed out!
Lizbot (host) 7:23:44 PM
@Roffle - Imagine Doubleplusgood, the concert series...by the oceanside! Wendy Mae Chambers and her car horn organ and toy piano symphony for starters, since she's local! Imagine Juana Molina there!
Lizbot (host) 7:24:48 PM
@Roffle - It's not gonna happen, and most people come to dance to classic rock hits, and that's fine, so I'm sure something like that would elicit some pretty funny indignant reactions, but I can daydream!
Roffle 7:25:18 PM
I stole some ancient squared nails from a building in Batsto as a misguided youth. But you could walk on planks and look at lake level at the falls. Just amazing!
Roffle 7:26:35 PM
Don McLean? I love that guy!
Lizbot (host) 7:28:45 PM
@Roffle - haha, some of the more impatient/rude audience members just kept yelling at him "American Pie"! and two people yelled "Vincent'!
Roffle 7:29:33 PM
Me thinks thee might construct a venue or two. Thou doest nicely here.
Roffle 7:30:29 PM
I am more of a dradle guy, but who can predict a crowd.
Roffle 7:31:23 PM
I owe a question mark
Lizbot (host) 7:33:00 PM
@Roffle - I love the reflections on the cranberry bogs in Whitesbog Village, walking around the bogs at sunset. Great place to spot birds, too. Whitesbog has an outdoor stage and did actually host a two somewhat experimental music festivals I attended, 'Middle of Nowhere' parts I & II, with the Ominous Cloud Ensemble scoring live Philadelphia-based filmmaker David Scott Kessler's documentary, “The Pine Barrens,” starring my friend artist Allen Crawford, who designs one of WPRB's swag shirts!
Rob from Maryland 🦅 7:33:20 PM
This mashup/cover is delightful!
Lizbot (host) 7:34:10 PM
@Rob - Yes! I love Angel CC! She sent me a bunch of her albums years ago!
Roffle 7:34:43 PM
When I lived in Glassboro we had shelf wall made if of cranberry crates!
Roffle 7:34:52 PM
lol
Matthew Robinson 7:35:21 PM
That set was so good!!!
Roffle 7:36:44 PM
Very old crates
Rob from Maryland 🦅 7:37:55 PM
@Lizbot, tres cool!
stevie p 7:38:15 PM
i'm loving the fog here in conshohocken, and i'm loving your show even more, Lizbot!
Lizbot (host) 7:38:18 PM
Hi Matthew Robinson! Thank you!
Roffle 7:38:21 PM
Marvelous set indeed!
Lizbot (host) 7:38:42 PM
@Stevie P - It's eerie but beautiful! And I'm glad I don't have to drive in it!
Lizbot (host) 7:38:49 PM
@Roffle - Thank you!
stevie p 7:38:59 PM
i haven't heard Leo Kottke in DECADES!. i have some of his LPs in a bin in my basement
stevie p 7:40:56 PM
i love fog. i love wind, i love sunny days where the sunshine is bright white and the shadows are clean and crisp. but fog is so rich and luxurious.
Roffle 7:40:58 PM
Kottke playing with basically a bag over his hand never ceases to amaze for sure.
Lizbot (host) 7:41:08 PM
@Roffle - Oh cool! I love the old labels designed by the various family-run cranberry bogs in the Pineys! We didn't have any of those, but my South Jersey grandmom collected and used those Charles Chips tins to collect all kinds of knick-knacks in!
Lizbot (host) 7:42:11 PM
@stevie p - Kottke is great, and that song makes me laugh! My dad has some of his records in crates on the sinking floors of his attic!
stevie p 7:42:53 PM
i might have to dig out my kottke albums and borrow my son's turntable
Roffle 7:43:19 PM
I was only 15 and I just wish I had more documentation. No camera phones back then . lol
stevie p 7:44:14 PM
Roff... for many things, i wish we had phone cameras back then. for many other times, i'm really glad we didn't
Lizbot (host) 7:44:35 PM
@Roffle - Yes, if you construct a venue, make it in a clearing in the pineys! The trick is to make it somewhat hidden, BUT down a road cars can't sink in! I got so lost in the Pineys once as a teenager, but I never managed to get my car stuck in one of the sand roads! I have seen more than a few cars stuck out there over the years. Clearly some were unfamiliar with the terrain and trying to off-road/joyride!
Roffle 7:45:19 PM
Charles Chips! I loved those! Delivered even! Oh to be a kid sometimes!
Lizbot (host) 7:46:05 PM
@Roffle - I want to see that! Buckethead & BagHand & maybe OCDJ, who wore a mop on his head on his album cover for anonymity
Lizbot (host) 7:46:51 PM
@stevie p - fog definitely puts me in an instrospective mood. Tonight's show is dedicated to this fog
Lizbot (host) 7:47:54 PM
@Roffle - yeah, we had those so often as kids! I think my grandmom has some sort of regular delivery subscription! My mom got them too. Do they even exist anymore? I haven't seen them in decades!
Roffle 7:48:13 PM
Buckethead! I just love the performance over facial recognition thing. Much respect for that whole concept!
Roffle 7:49:41 PM
So need to google Charle Chips and get a scrip going. lol
Lizbot (host) 7:50:08 PM
@Roffle / @stevie p - I think the phrase "picture or it didn't happen" people were fond of using on social media a few years back originated with much younger generation who grew up with smartphones and take for granted having documents of EVERYTHING. I am an envious robot. I have like 5 blurry photos from my teens and 20s.
Ambrose Hughes (1) 7:52:37 PM
Hi Lizbot! Late comer ...got lost in the fog
Rob from Maryland 🦅 7:53:25 PM
@Lizbot, this was a great show tonight. Thanks!!
Lizbot (host) 7:54:07 PM
@Roffle -More people need to paint their faces with polygons and geometric shapes of solid colors to evade facial recognition, using performance art as an excuse!
Roffle 7:54:20 PM
Awe poop! Shows about over! Thanks for nice stuffs again. Have a great week!
Lizbot (host) 7:54:27 PM
Hi Ambrose ! I'm glad you made it out and found your way here!
Lizbot (host) 7:54:39 PM
Thanks Roffle!
Number 6 7:55:09 PM
Thanks for the show, especially that Catherine Ribeiro + Alpes track. BCNU!
stevie p 7:56:25 PM
possums are your friend. if you see possums in your area, you are blessed
stevie p 7:56:33 PM
i miss my possums.
stevie p 7:57:31 PM
i had 2 regular possums in my yard. a brown one i named Bosco, and his little mangy buddy, who i named Ratso
Ambrose Hughes (1) 7:57:34 PM
Harm no possums, they do much good.
Roffle 7:57:54 PM
Amazing road kill stew too!
stevie p 7:58:16 PM
possum naming tip: choose a name that ends with an O. that way, they'll be correctly named. Bosco Possum, Ratso Possum etm
Ambrose Hughes (1) 7:58:19 PM
Thanks for all the great 🎶Lizbot🙏
Lizbot (host) 7:58:37 PM
Hi Number 6! Thanks for hanging and listening! Glad you liked the Ribeiro!
stevie p 7:58:54 PM
great great show! thanks!
Lizbot (host) 7:59:03 PM
@stevie p - aw, Bosco & Ratso!
Ambrose Hughes (1) 7:59:09 PM
@Roffle LOL!
Lizbot (host) 8:00:51 PM
@stevie p - I encountered a possum late one night while walking home from Center City to my old house in Fairmount and it was dramatically lit by security lights while staring out from the massive ornate iron gates of the Free Library of Philadelphia main branch! I hope it gets inside there at night and dons its reading glasses
Lizbot (host) 8:01:24 PM
@Roffle - Roadkill stew! Don't give Chef Emeril any ideas!
stevie p 8:02:09 PM
next time, i'll regale you with my tale of NJ Turnpike roadkill. fresh, delicious.
Lizbot (host) 8:02:41 PM
@stevie p - I look forward to it! getting me hungry for my belated dinner!
Roffle 8:04:17 PM
;)
