Yes Colin, a 200 hummingbird egg- white omelet... with the 200 yolks separated please. And a separate 200 hummingbird egg-yolk omelet cooked then added on top of the 200 hummingbird egg- white omelet. Then repeat the egg- white omelet process to make a white- yolk- white "sandwich" of sorts. And a 400 hummingbird egg-yolk hollandaise poured on top. No rush but I do have a meeting soon kthxbai!
