I have come down with whatever it is that gave me a sore throat and an extremely bad case of tonsillitis

ouch. there is a plethora of strands and fungal spores being spewed, i've had like 3 different things over the past couple weeks and everyone in my house is sick with different stuff. we're hygenic, we swear!

This is my fourth time being sick within less than a 12-month stretch and honestly I'm over it

I went the entirety of 2019 all the way up until last June without getting a single contagious illness

Yeah, it's been heavy this year. No hope for me for now while working in a school, hope it'll be out of everyone's systems when I return

There was this dude in my neighborhood who lived across the street and a block away but INSISTED on parking both of his cars in the spots next to my apartment. I confronted him once about it and he didn't do anything. Left his shitbox posted up for 2 months, police refused to move it. I left a note on the door and buried it with snow a few times.

I’m so glad I no longer have to engage in the musical chairs of street parking in my old Philly neighborhood where parking spots were extremely rare after 6 pm and things escalated to a Battle Royale of “saving” spaces with broken chairs and old toilets once snow was on the ground and spots had to be dug out. 40% of the normally viable spots were nonexistent due to snow plow-formed mountains of snow and slush
