Fun fact, the business was sold a few years after I started there to Harold Katz of 76ers fame and his son ran it into the ground.

No surprise there. Harold katz was annoying, and this is his kid. Was he a carpenter?

He knew nothing of the business, The Katz Group runs hotels and restaurants

Was the business that big that they wanted to acquire it?

It was very successful....my warehouse was 165000 square feet
