Readie: Great week, got a lot done....and You?? Did you see the sunset today...A U T U M N !!!

I was here at the Barge early - I've seen many sunsets this Fall and they are spectacular! I must get around to posting some of the pics.

...all the crops have been taken in on the field..You once called me a "Land Baron" now it's a "Barren Land" LOL

There's not a clear sight line to the West at the Barge- sometimes a bit of colour comes through, though.

There is a lot of air traffic in the skies around central Joisey....so it's tough to tell what's moving and what's a star

Ukrainian custom was to have one of the kids spot the first star on Christmas Eve....keeps the kids outta Mom's hair while she makes dinner..

The intro melody on this one is also on Ali Farka Touré's tune "Diaraby". And I heard it every day on NPR's "The World" show's GeoQuiz segment . Great melody. But rest of this song here is different.

one of Prince's best lps that Musicology. Saw that tour in Phila. Patti LaBelle guested on 1 song. Prince had Maceo Parker and Candy Dulfer on saxes in the band that tour. Morris Day and the Time opened up. Killer show. And he gave out copies of Musicology to all that bought a ticket to the show . Right at the gate.. . boom here's a cd for you.
