Musta Paraati are a Finnish post-punk/gothic rock band, comparable to Killing Joke and Theatre of Hate. The original band was active for only a few years in the early 1980s, but their lineup changed many times before they dissolved circa 1985. The band made one comeback gig in 1987.

My old vinyl! T.S.O.L. is an American punk rock band formed in 1978 in Long Beach, California. Although most commonly associated with hardcore punk, T.S.O.L.'s music has varied on each release, including such styles as deathrock, art punk, horror punk, other varieties of punk music, and hard rock.

From Discogs (read thoroughly!): Avant-garde tabletop guitarist Kevin Drumm was born and raised in 1970 in South Holland, IL, playing in a handful of rock bands before relocating to Chicago in 1991 to work at the city's Board of Trade. He soon began his experiments with prepared guitar, applying objects including magnets, binder clips, chains, a violin bow and even toenail clippers to distort the instrument's sound.

New single! Bay Area experimental pop performer SPELLLING (aka Chrystia Cabral) has announced a new album, SPELLLING & The Mystery School, out August 25 via Sacred Bones. Recorded with her touring band, the collection comprises reimagined versions of songs from throughout Cabral’s discography: her 2017 debut Pantheon Of Me, 2018’s Mazy Fly, and 2021ʼs The Turning Wheel. Along with the news, Cabral is sharing a double lead single, “Cherry” b/w “Under The Sun.”

Pioneers of the Los Angeles underground art damage electronic music scene, Grey Factor have been more myth than legend for over 40 years. The band recorded two experimental synth/post-punk EPs and gigged sparingly before disbanding. None of their recordings have been officially released in physical format until now.

The four members of Brooklyn post-punk outfit Pill — vocalist/bassist Veronica Torres, drummer Andrew Spaulding, saxophonist Benjamin Jaffe, and guitarist Jon Campolo —exchanged sounds before words.
