(Hommage À La Musique De Christian Vander) Soleil Zeuhl 2009 Former in 2001 by guitarist Jean Pascal Boffo, they make songs with surreal texts and pop, folk and electro atmospheres. They contributed this cover of Christian Vander's "Ronde De Nuit" for the "Hur!" compilation.

7:42 AM		Popol Vuh Aguirre I Aguirre (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) BMG Rights Management GmbH 1975 Popol Vuh get their name from a text that recounts the mythology and history of the K'iche people, one of the Maya peoples, who inhabit the Guatemalan Highlands, Mexican Chiapas, Campeche and Quintana Roo states, and areas of Belize. The name "Popol Vuh" translates as "Book of the Community", "Book of Counsel", or more literally as "Book of the People". This music was used in the Werner Herzog film "Aguirre: Der Zorn Gottes".

The bonus dvd feature on the making of the film is wild. Creating that "world", the sets, allowing the motion of the puppets to just be all wild and wobbly etc... Little found art / random objects they used for the scaled down sets wild...

Roxy and elsewhere was my first ever zappa. this recalls that legendary album to me
