If you have the land, look into geothermal heat pump. I was going to do that w/ my property in Hopewell before we moved. High upfront cost, HUGE long term savings. Heat pump is basically a specialized air conditioner unit

Had to migrate back to the home office. Workplace industrial AC just pulled all that smoky smell air inside no hepa filters. At home we have good central hvac filter and like 3 air purifiers going. . Pretty clear. Beer is really good for air purification i hears
