I have to admit I haven't gotten very far in the game yet, been filling my evenings watching baseball

Yeah, those scary undead monster guys, that appear in OOT, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. I think they're in the new game, Tears of The Kingdom

Redeads are usually found in dark caves and dungeons. The scariest ones I faced are the TP ones. Oh, forgot about their paralyzing scream.

Once I learned the Sun Song in OOT I would always play it before approaching any those enemies to freeze em in place

Nice, and now you mentioned it. I never thought about using the Sun Song in Ganon's Caste(OOT) in escaping his falling castle, but I'm not sure if Navi or Zelda will allow it, due to the falling debris and being under a time limit.

Because also a trolling Redead will appear at the entrance, as I, Navi and Zelda, escape his castle, the stinky zombie little sheet, LOL

If the Tears of the Kingdom mechanics were available in OOT I would've built a giant catapult to launch Link out of the castle and land in Lake Hyrule

Twilight Princess did something like that, two special machines that launch Link from Lake Hylia to Gerudo Desert or the Sky City.

Who needs morning coffee when you could catapult yourself across miles of dangerous terrain
