Enchanting is exactly the best way to describe Vashti's music

I can't wait to read it! One of the things I especially love about Vashti Bunyan's songs is that they truly are perfect for anyone at any age. They have a gentleness and a childlike perception of the natural world that really speaks to children without the usual pandering silliness. And they tell stories of which I never tire -- it's like you're taking a ruminative rambling walk with someone and about the deeper existential truths that sometimes reveal themselves in conversation.

thank YOU!! it is my luck that I had to be in a work call for the first hour of the show and I missed the interview (I'm so disappointed!!) but I tuned in as soon as I could and suddenly heard my own band playing, such an honor!

MG is so intimidating. I saw them play at Union Transfer after their last record came out and he kept scolding the sound guys for making it sound like "a puny car stereo" lol. It was the loudest show I've ever been to.

Russell Agree with loudest show been too, saw them out in LA, forget where, but I think it definitely damaged my hearing, even more than it was lol

ha wow, he says he has gotten more accommodating (MG) and he certainly was very nice to me

he's yelled at the bass player every time I've seen them
