Ten years ago, a radio station awarded me two tickets to see Death (a modern version, anyway) at Le Poisson Rouge. When I arrived, I thought I’d give one of the tickets to anyone in need of it. After a few tries, I found one such person. It turned out he was the very same radio worker that awarded me the tickets in the first place!

The most credibility-stretching scene in “Kong: Skull Island” was when the track from the “Fun House” album is played. Giant prehistoric monsters (some with three heads) I can believe. But the military bringing that (already out of print by then) LP to dance to during their 1973 sea voyage? Give me a break!

well i know dennis was hanging out with charles mansion but that was prob later, i think manson was dropping too much acid in the haight around 1967...

in that recentish biopic of the beach boys, i think brian was dropping acid a lot but had mental health challenges. mike love threw a fit about some of the drug-fueled lyrics

acid was the least of manson's challenges, for sure, horrific childhood, though
