Love the Zombies, but I've never seen them. I saw Argent with Russ Ballard in '74. The Tower. Soft Machine with Allan Holdsworth opened.

Lee barns heh... had a boring K-Car version of a LeBaron once. 1st used car that was not a previous parental car. 1st time I had a digital display. Badly designed. Red numbers on black like an 80s alarm clock. When it failed the dig speedometer just looked like Olympic timer readouts... constant rapid fire digits changing changing... sorry officer, you've heard this before but the speedometer really is broken in this case....

The Chestnut Cabaret was one of a group of three venues (including the Ardmore & Ambler Cabarets) with the same owner. They were pretty cool spots in their heyday.

I'm not as old as he is.

Keep your eyes peeled for when Marshall's Ghost Horizon plays Solar Myth. Seems to be happening more frequently and those shows are the best. Real loose, fun, lots of arkestra deeps cuts.

But of course The Arkestra never disappoints. NEVER!

I've got my ticket for the World Cafe show! I don't get why they're playing such a small venue, though (I think it's upstairs, which is way small for them).

I've been to World Cafe only a couple times, so I don't know the venue very well. But I was bummed to miss the free Residents show! Anybody go to that?

Really. I know a few WPRB DJ's made it. It was a part of their Free Friday shows series, or whatever they call it.

Yeah, I think that's where the Arkestra show is taking place, although it's being sold as "General Admission, seating not guaranteed"

Aha, either it's been changed or I was wrong. The web site now says "Music Hall", which I think is the downstairs space.

Oh I made it to that Residents Free at Noon. Was my third time seeing them there actually.

The actual record is the same, but you get a very fancy velvet hand assembled box for the record to live in. That's my understanding.
