Funny story I read on the comments section of the Led Zep official page.... LZ were in Texas early 1970s. The later to be soft rock hit musician Christopher Cross, unknown then, sold Jimmy and Robert a bass guitar. But they had to take a small boat over to meet Chris. Alleged comment post-er story but fun to read whether true or not. Long before eBay or Craig's List or FB Mkt Place... ya gotta row to get yer bass...
