Great time in Canada. We all had colds so we almost entirely just sat around our friends' place eating good food and watching basketball.

I remember seeing a goth band called Christian Death play at the khyber. Only 2 other people showed up for the show. They got mad and stopped playing after 2 songs

Oh @Rob from Maryland thanks for mentioning that Raszebrae record in the chat a couple weeks back. Turns out they had a copy at the university station here in London, Ontario. Played a track on the air last week. Quality stuff.

If you find a 10' dryer cable they're apparently so rare that nobody from the appliance store thought to bring one to our home EVEN THOUGH THEY INSTALLED THE PRIOR DRYER TOO.

@Maggie I love it when bands are cool with their fans like that. The nicest band I ever met was Suicidal Tendencies (at the troc) They came out and talked to the fans still lingering after the show. Really down to earth guys

I was living in DC when Rites of Spring and then Fugazi was playing a lot. Saw them so many times - awesome shows.

Nice. I never saw RoS, but I certainly saw Fugazi a fair number of times.

Including their Princeton show that they didn't realize wasn't open to the public. They weren't especially thrilled about that.

I saw Fugazi play an outdoor show once - somewhere Farragut station, so they were OK doing that..
