Also liked hearing the Monks - they had an electrified banjo-guitar as part of their instrumentation. A guitar banjo with a pickup is readily available from a number of sources today, but back when the Monks were active it was unique.

Dana Colley of Morphine played all sorts of saxes. He'd play 2 saxes at once live. Get the mouthpieces up close to lips in 'Y' formation. Eso interviewed Dana I think right?

DJ Esoterica, I’d like to suggest adding the end credits bit too, where possible. Twin Peaks had that great noise when the Lynch/Frost Productions logo popped up at the very end. Thirtysomething had that “…and dance by the light of the moon” bit during their production logo moment. Often an edited clip already exists including both open/close theme songs.
