Hi Ossy! I have very fuzzy socks on, which I love and save for cold winter days, PLUS fuzzy slippers

And I feel like I am freezing to death like Klaus begs to in this song

A heating pad might help, but they usually turn off after awhile.

Or socks on hands, LOL

I'd use space heaters but the problem is space heaters always trip the breakers in my old house, and if THAT happened during my show, there would be NO show, just doom funk!

I have moved my birds to the warmest part of the house and I have little heating pads on their cages that they can perch next to

Hi Wesley! Not much detectable heat coming from this set up, but a little. Neck is stiff! Too much shivering. Hope I don't get sick before this heater is fixed. My HVAC isn't even that old, but just past warranty, annoyingly. Ugh.

Also think thoughts of Klaus Nomi’s warm linzer torte… 🥧

@Wesley - ha! or zip over to Sweden for warm lingonberry jam...I am thinking of baking something after the show just to warm up the kitchen a little

@Ambrose- no, t'wasn't me. I haven't had doom funk in a long time. DOn't remember the last time. I DID hear it on someone else's show last week though

@Ambrose - And when Paddy/Pangeao of The World's Fare subbed for me last Thursday, I listened and I remember there being one instance of Doom Funk interruption then...I hope this is not a new Thursday tradition!

@Lizbot, I meant with your heat!

@Ambrose - Oh, yes! It's been screwy and not heating enough for weeks, but now it's just fully broken. We've had repair guys out here 3 times this winter. Getting fed up! It got really bad starting on Tuesday. Heater just shuts off, won't turn on. It's some safety function. It can't handle heating anything anymore!

I've had heater problems and I was able to get a part on Ebay to fix it. I have an extra board just in case.

Sometimes it was beyond my skill set, and I had to call the repair man.

Glad to report no teeth chattering yet on this break from Ms Bot. 😬

@Wesley - phew! Just my thick winter jacket sleeves rubbing together!

@Number 6 - This heater issue is definitely beyond my skill set...and seemingly also beyond the skill set of the repairmen we've had out here! We pay for a service from the company we got our HVAC system from so that it's an annual flat rate for regular maintenance and minor repairs, but this appears to be a much bigger repair that's gonna cost $$

Suggestion: Cold Cold Cold from little feat? RIP Lowell George.

We had a little snow a few weeks ago but this is the first real good storm! I can’t wait. Well, I’m not super looking forward to driving to work in it but that’s why I have a Subie with snow tires!

My last trip to Keswick was for the Jon Anderson/School of Rock show. Good venue. Don't forget 'Left Out In The Cold' by Sparks!

@Ossy - Long Live Roberta Williams! I thought she was so cool as a kid, the only female game designer I knew of! King's Quest V was my favorite. I especially loved the ice levels. There was a bug where if you walked off the ice cliff at a certain part, you could walk on the sky!

Na, I haven't but last year I've seen Annie 2022 stage place on the same ABC channel. It was cute! I haven't reached to Kings Quest 5, but I can feel it's gonna be awesome. I love fire levels too like ice!
