Look on the console above the mic fader. You'll see a group of four buttons labeled AUX, PGM, UTL, and AUD. Is the PGM button illuminated?

One other potential fix: All the way at the top of the fader on the mic channel, there are buttons labeled 'A' and 'B'. Is 'A' illuminated?

Hmm A does seem to be illuminated too

Inci, I just pinged the PRB tech squad who will be on their way down to attempt a mic fix later on. If Mic#2 is working out as a temporary fix, can you leave a note on the console instructing today's other PRB mothership DJs to use that one instead? Waveycat's in at noon, but hopefully it'll be fixed by then.
