With Readie Righteous

Shake off the week, oh Righteous Ones! It's everything from Acid-Folk to Ziglibithy. Light the candles, drape your scarfand feather boa, and do your interpretive dance to ambient, Afrobeat, international, Tuareg, Tuvan throat singing, queercore, gnawa, pop, disco, post-punk, jazz, soul, R 'n' B, obit-core and more. Opportunistic singing-along with your DJ is de rigeur. Your lagniappe: historical perspective, social consciousness, irreverence.

Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:20:56 PM

Readie Righteous (host) 6:21:00 PM
Whit a minute! No, Rob I did not know about that...but will it be clear??
Alan Pasnyk 6:21:20 PM
Sorry Rob, I tend to ignore early morning events...
Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:21:23 PM
Readie, I don't know about the actual weather, I haven't looked that far ahead
Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:22:11 PM
Alan, I'm not going to be looking for or at it either. If only because our view to the west to see the setting moon, is blocked by a building
Readie Righteous (host) 6:22:13 PM
@Rob, my thing says clear all Tuesday with a high of 58
Readie Righteous (host) 6:23:41 PM
Oh, that's too bad, Rob- I have a pretty clear view to the West up behind the house
Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:24:14 PM
Yep, Readie, the National Weather Service also says mostly clear at around sunrise on Tuesday morning.
Readie Righteous (host) 6:24:55 PM
Good deal...now whether I'll be up before sunrise is another thing...
Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:25:14 PM
Lucky you, Readie with your view. If the eclipse had been this week, with the late sunrise, I could have driven or walked to the local park which does have a good view of the west.
Rob from Pledgeyland 🦀 🇺🇦 🌻 🇮🇷 6:25:58 PM
But next week the sun rises an hour earlier than this week, so (for DC) closer to 6:45 than to 7:45. Getting me to that park at 6:45 is asking way too much
