I saw Firehose at a Princeton eating club at least once. Perhaps that is the “frat house” in question?
Lee Chandler 1:24:25 PM
Few yrs out of high school mid-90's, still in 'awe' meeting my fav musicians, working 'soda' bar @Troc when Watt played. He tried to pay/tip for a soda: Me: "Um..I can't take that"...(Watt cigar in mouth w/very Asner response). "Why the hell not? What's wrong w/it". Me stammering: "Uh. uh,,Nothing. Just...you've had such a big impact on me w/music (etc)..". Watt stares at me for few seconds, grabs a sharpie & w/flourish writes a sentiment on bill, slides it to me, & just walks off chuckling.

Speaking of eiderdown, I think at least one Syd Barrett song mentions eiderdown. I guess we would be surprised if Syd never had any eiderdown in his songs...
