In 1968 my father bought a Pontiac Firebird convertible with an 8 track player. And yup. And yes, the Mamas and the Papas was the first tape they bought! One of the best bands. And I positively despise classic rock! lol

They got some funding to address structural issues at the Arkestra house in Germantown

they're both pretty safe unto themselves but they're both attached to buildings that could be torn down/messed with

it's shockingly common for houses in philly to fall down because adjoining houses were having their basements dug out by flippers

my sister is moving back to philly in a matter of days and i want her to buy the next door to sun ra house but i think it will sell fast for cash probably
