A very good friend of mine saw a meteor break up into pieces about two weeks ago at around 3:30AM!!!

Wow...that is super cool, have you ever seen that?

Was that with the naked eye?

It takes patience I imagine...and persistence

But I usually see a lot of bright sparkly meteors around late Aug. Sept. Oct. saw one in late July while sitting in the car waiting, but the best ones were when I just happened to look up for the hell of it!
