This week's fun fact.While universally known for his calm and peaceful demeanor Jerry was involved in a violent incident circa mid 70S.At a Sally Starr record promotion at Jerry's shop Mr.Starr insisted on tethering his horse in front of Jerry's store.A brouhaha ensued between Mr.Starr ,Jerry,the horse and Alex Karras who was in town for MNF broadcast.

I didn't tell Alex to kick the horse! That ruined my chances with Sally!

Plus the police issued me a ticket for having a dead horse on the pavement when it wasn't trash day!
