They found that instead of the human larynx having increased complexity, it has actually simplified relative to other primates, allowing for clearer sound production with less aural chaos

Good morning, DJ Ask TheQuestion & all
DJ AskTheQuestion 10:20:13 AM
This one is just phenomenally weird
Bryon Mollica (1) 10:43:48 AM
Is it possible that Roman dice games took the high probably of 1s and 6s into account?
DJ AskTheQuestion 10:51:05 AM
It's absolutely possible Bryon! It's the hard part about not being able to interview ancient Romans
Bryon Mollica (1) 10:51:52 AM
Just another reason we need a time machine
DJ AskTheQuestion 10:52:05 AM
It's just that the researchers note a *continuum* of lopsidedness - there's no clear clump of strongly biased dice that were obviously meant to be different. It seems more like standard variation that they just took as acceptable. Hence the interpretation that they were putting their rolls in the hands of fate, not probability
Bryon Mollica (1) 10:52:36 AM
BTW, love the shoe
Bryon Mollica (1) 10:52:43 AM

Thanks to Jeffrey Bezos for ending Whole Foods # 5 plastic recycling.
DJ AskTheQuestion 11:45:30 AM
I don't know much about why #5 needs to be used for so many things or why it's so newly hard to recycle. The Mysteries We Face
ǝɹnɔsqꓳ ǝɥꓕ ǝʌɐꓷ 11:47:35 AM
Really, I don’t know why restaurants can’t use #1 or #2. Maybe it has to do with microwavability?
Christine 11:50:27 AM
A lotta vibes this morning, many of which were > cosmic. Thanks, DJ AskTheQuestion.
DJ AskTheQuestion 12:00:37 PM
So pleased to have your engagement this morning! Cheers everyone!
