I remember listening to Mike Hunter's show late on a very clear night north of Doylestown, my telescope looking at our closest galactic neighbor Andromeda. The music was kind of spooky, and suddenly I had the strange feeling that at that moment...someone was looking back at me from that galaxy of 200 billion stars, a night I will always remember.

Mike's show is extremely good to stargaze to I can attest to that fact.

Haven't heard her in ages

I haven't painted my face ever. People rarely do at the gathering, because it's so stinking hot and also you're getting soda and trash thrown at you pretty much the whole time. But I'd say I'm pretty damn juggalo regardless.

This was my 4th year going, and haven't missed a Philly show since 2017 so I'm in pretty deep by now

I never heard of her years prior until tuning in by random chance during the pandemic. I first kinda saw her face to face on a Halloween 2020 virtual party, then went to her virtual November and December parties, with guests like Denise Williams and Glenn Jones!

This year I don't know anybody major playing the folk fest. I know we have ADG7, who performed live for the last two virtual fests and my family and I really liked them. Aside from that, I'm just adamant about going for the people. I know the main stage show is gonna be good no matter what

i'd go to folk fest but it's always the same weekend as skull fest in pittsburgh which takes precedence
