We had breakfast tacos w leftover carnitas this past weekend. Fresh homemade tortillas from scratch too! That's a brekky to win.

Easy. 2 ingredients basically. Masa + warm H2O. Maybe pinch of salt. Wait..... Then hot cast iron skillet no oil. 1 min or so each side.

*has never had a breakfast taco. will also be putting breakfast tacos on the menu this coming weekend

Found a great hoagie / cheesesteak joint in Mays Landing. Sugar Hill Sub & Deli. Found that place thanks to taking the back roads to OC from Bucks Co

Had a great Italian hoagie from the hometown pizza joint over the weekend. Amato's Levittown/ Fairless Hills. Visit w mom. They must run the lettuce and onions through the deli slicer too. So thin. The Italian ham has that herbal scent. And that capicola & salami ahhhh.... Love it.

Amato's Levittown is about as old as me. Not to be confused with the chain Amato's of Maine. They call all hoagies "Italians" up there from what I understand. So I guess if you want an Italian hoagie you'd have to order the redundant "Italian Italian"

This was recorded in a 17th century church. Will talk more about that during the mic break. One of the greatest experiences I ever had was visiting Notre Dame with thousands of other tourist and having my mind blown by an unexpected organ recital. It was lovely and atonal and shook my guts. Now whenever I'm in a church and see an organ and I think how great it would be if someone really let it rip.
