I like tuning down to D, if I go C (like High on Fire) string is too loose for my taste

The low C# / D flat tuning really does open up the guitar for some throaty rubbery sounds especially with the dirt turned up.

I think Into The Void is the quinty sensuals of that whole C# low tuning thing.
