i was asking cause i've worked at a german butcher shop for like 3 months but been a vegetarian for 3 years so always trying to learn stuff through people, thought it was very weird to log in to this chat and see someone mention "black forest ham " lol

ahaha yeah i just came out of 3 years of vegetarianism myself

if there are tougher bits or rind that you don't necessarily want in the omelet or sandwich you could chop those and toss in w beans or greens boil
