Yeah Mark thanks for the remind on that sauce. I like Salamida's Speidie sauce and State Fair Chicken Sauce too. NY STATE!

And oversalted water boiled little potatoes (wrinkly potatoes). They don't come out salty. It's to alter the boiling point. They come out creamy good. And the skin wrinkles up a bit. A NY state and other areas of the world thing

We've tried quite a few of the recipes from this special issue of Cook's Illustrated, and they came out really well! Their jerk chicken recipe is actually wicked hot, the way it should be. Love it if could come back stronger than before! The digital fm signal in the car cuts out right in my neighborhood area. For last couple years. "Skips" or "rewinds" a few seconds depending. I miss the days when you could get it crystal clear from Lehigh to shore
